Movie Overview: Star Wars is among the oldest film franchises and is very consistent in performance; almost all the movies are rated over 7-7.5 excluding Episode II. The 2018 Star Wars movie is not only an awaited movie of the genre but of the year as well.

The most interesting element that makes Solo fascinating is that it is a standalone movie, so you don’t need to dig in the Star Wars universe; just go and watch a complete fresh story. We have already had Rouge One which is also a standalone movie, but Solo is the story prior to that, it is the very first story of the franchise.

Plot: The movie showcases the character of Han Solo in focus where he embarks on a daring adventure and meets a pilot Chewbacca and gambler Lando Calrissian.

Movie Overview: It is an animated biographical film that displays life and courage of Stubby, a Boston terrier dog who served in The Great War (WWI) and saved many lives. It is the only dog in military history that has been honored with Sergeant Rank.

The film holds a good cinematic value that will cover the untold story on the Big Screen.

Stubby used to be a roamer before being in the U.S military, so the film also showcases real emotions that makes the audience connected to it.

Director: J.P. Dutta
Writer: J.P. Dutta
Star Cast: Jackie Shroff, Arjun Rampal, Esha Gupta

Rating: NA

Movie Overview: It is a Bollywood war flick; the fact the made me to include it in our list is that it is directed by J.P. Dutta. The director is really fluent with the war and military genre; he has delivered worthy movies such as Border and LOC Kargil.

Paltan will display the 1962’s India-China war. The first look has been released and it seems like that there will be much on-screen action rather than drama.

Movie Overview: It is an Indian epic-drama war film that has been into too much controversy. Even Rajput people have made it un-released at most of the locations in India; all this because of the dignity of Rani Padmini.

Having said that; apart from controversial screenplay the film is full of battle. It may feel more a historical drama, but there is a nice amount of war.

Rating: (3 / 5)

Movie Overview: I also agree that it is more a science fiction-action movie, but it also contains a war theme; war between monsters and machines.

The 2018 film follows that simple and fascinating idea that is loaded with larger than life destruction. It is promised that the audience will have a great experience of war-action.

Rating: NA

Movie Overview: It is the fourth movie of the franchise and as Cloverfield is an anthology franchise, this movie won’t have any connection to this year’s Paradox. Though Cloverfield talks about horror, Overload is set in the war atmosphere and it is something that is so exciting, similar to Dead Snow 3.

Plot: Set in World War II, two American militarians gets stuck at the Normandy reign in France. But unlike any other such situation in a war, this time the opponent is utilizing supernatural powers.

ruin 2018

Director: Justin Kurzel
Writer: Matthew K. Firpo, Ryan Firpo
Star Cast: Gal Gadot, Christian Bale
Release Date: 2018 or 2019
Rating: NA

Movie Overview: Ruin has excited me a lot; it is a thriller-war movie set in post World War II where a Nazi army officer searches for the survived soldiers in the waste of the war in order to be out of remorse of his karmas.

The movie feels so dark and loaded with thriller; it may also showcase war as well if the screenplay goes into the past.

There are gossips that Christian Bale and Gal Gadot may be as leads, but nothing has been stated officially by the creators.
